Show and Tell: Joyce Walker, Carol Boughten, and Rose Flannigan all attended Pete's stained glass quilting class and showed off what they learned. Beautiful work... Sharon Anderson showed us 3 projects made for her mother, granddaughter and school kids. Pat Schafer showed a challenge quilt she made using yellow green as the main color. Tricky to work with, but came out very nice. Maggie Shields made a quilt from T shirts her daughter collected playing softball. Sharon Murphy had 3 projects, very pretty in blues and yellows. The meeting concluded with Joyce Walkers informative presentation on accuracy. She emphasized pinning, ironing (pressing!), and 1/4 inch seams. Respectfully submitted, Marcia Cramer, Secretary, who always comes home from the meetings inspired to cut up some more fabric.
